Poorly engine

Customer presented this Peugeot with overheating issues. After preliminary checks we confirmed head gasket failure. Not uncommon with this engine.

As you can see to the right hand side of the cylinders. Cleaned silver area on the piston where water ingress has occured.

We will be sending this cylinder head to the machine shop for a light skim before rebuilding and testing.
